Services overview

Stockholm Atelier provides bespoke tailoring, design consultation, alterations, custom leather goods, wardrobe curation, and pattern making services. All services are provided subject to availability and acceptance of project specifications.

Service agreements

When you engage our services, a separate service agreement will be established outlining:

• Specific scope of work
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Material specifications
• Number of fittings or consultations included

This service agreement takes precedence over these general Terms of Use for matters related to the specific project.

Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Swedish Krona (SEK) and are subject to change without notice. Final project pricing will be confirmed in your service agreement.

Payment terms vary by service:

• Consultations are payable in full at the time of booking
• Bespoke projects typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remainder due upon completion
• Alterations and repairs are payable upon completion

Project timelines

Timeline estimates are provided in good faith based on current workload and project complexity. While we strive to meet agreed timelines, they are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors including material availability, client scheduling, or unforeseen complications.

Client responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and measurements
• Attend scheduled fittings and consultations
• Communicate concerns or desired changes promptly
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule appointments

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• Consultations: Must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
• Projects in progress: Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable. You will be charged for work completed to date
• Completed work: Custom and bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded as they are created specifically for you

Quality and satisfaction

We are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with the final result, we will work with you to address concerns within reason. However, subjective preferences that differ from agreed specifications do not constitute grounds for refund.

Materials and ownership

Materials purchased for your project become your property once paid for, even if the project is cancelled. Patterns created for your measurements remain your property and will be stored for future use with your consent.

Intellectual property

Original designs created by Stockholm Atelier remain our intellectual property. You receive the physical item and the right to use it, but not to reproduce the design commercially.

Photography and portfolio use

We may request permission to photograph completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes. Your consent is entirely optional and will be requested separately.

Limitation of liability

Stockholm Atelier is not liable for:

• Changes in body measurements between fittings
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Damage resulting from improper care or maintenance
• Subjective dissatisfaction with aesthetic choices you approved
• Delays caused by client unavailability or late decision-making

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

Website use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data
• Transmit harmful code or viruses
• Impersonate Stockholm Atelier or misrepresent your affiliation with us
